1. Chill the white grape juice and lemon juice in the refrigerator until cold.
2. In a pitcher, combine the chilled white grape juice and fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
3. Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling water down the side of the pitcher to preserve carbonation.
