2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook onion until translucent, about 3 minutes.
3. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir until fragrant.
4. Stir in shredded chicken and ¼ cup enchilada sauce until well coated.
5. Spread remaining sauce in the baking dish, then fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, roll and place seam-side down.
