These no-bake Arbonne pumpkin protein balls combine pumpkin puree, Arbonne plant-based protein powder, oats, nut butter, and warming spices for a quick, healthy fall snack perfect for meal prep, workouts, or grab-and-go energy.

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • ½ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
