Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion carrot and celery and cook until soft about 8 minutes.
3. Add ground beef and pork and brown until no longer pink.
4. Pour in wine and cook until evaporated.
5. Stir in tomato passata beef broth oregano salt and pepper.
6. Simmer ragù for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
7. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
8. Spread a thin layer of ragù in a baking dish then layer lasagna sheets.
9. Top sheets with ragù béchamel and Parmesan and repeat layers ending with cheese.
10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
11. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
