Description
A refreshing cold pasta salad combining smoky grilled chicken, tangy BBQ dressing, and crisp vegetables for an easy summer meal. Ideal for picnics, weeknight dinners, or potlucks.

Instructions
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and rinse under cool water.
2. Grill or pan cook chicken brushed with a bit of BBQ sauce until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then dice.
3. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
4. In a large bowl combine pasta, chicken, corn, bell pepper, celery, and tomatoes.
5. Pour two thirds of the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning or add remaining dressing if needed.
7. Cover and chill the salad for at least 40 minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
