  • 8 oz high-protein pasta (chickpea or lentil)
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or light mayo
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.

    2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and a brush of BBQ sauce, grill until cooked through, then dice.
