Description

Berry Granola Yogurt Bark is a refreshing frozen snack combining creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and juicy berries. Perfect for hot days or anytime you want a healthy, guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries
  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.

    3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared sheet to about a quarter inch thickness.

    4. Scatter mixed berries and granola evenly over the yogurt layer, pressing lightly to adhere.

    5. Optionally drizzle melted dark chocolate or additional honey on top.

    6. Freeze the tray flat for at least four hours or until fully set.

    7. Lift the frozen yogurt bark using the parchment paper and break or cut into pieces.

    8. Store pieces in an airtight container or freezer bag with parchment paper between layers.
