Description
These berry yogurt parfaits combine creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh mixed berries for a healthy breakfast or snack. Ready in minutes, they can be customized and prepped ahead for any occasion.

Instructions
1. In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Place 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass or jar and smooth the surface.
3. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
4. Top the granola with a layer of mixed berries, patting them dry beforehand.
5. Repeat layers of yogurt, granola, and berries until the jars are filled, aiming for at least three layers.
6. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped nuts and an optional drizzle of honey.
7. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving or seal jars and chill overnight for meal prep.
