Description

These berry yogurt parfaits layer creamy Greek yogurt, chia pudding, fresh berries, and crunchy granola for a nutritious and satisfying breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 3 tablespoons jam or fruit compote
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • honey or maple syrup to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl and let sit 10–15 minutes until pudding forms

    2. Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup

    3. Wash and prepare berries, slicing strawberries if needed

    4. In a jar, layer spoonfuls of yogurt, chia pudding, jam, berries, and granola

    5. Repeat layers until jar is nearly full, finishing with yogurt and berries on top

    6. Seal jars and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving
