Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Instructions
