  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Slice avocados in half and remove pits.

    2. Scoop out a small amount of flesh from each half, reserving pieces for the filling.

    3. In a bowl, combine reserved avocado pieces, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and basil leaves.

    4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.

    5. Gently toss the filling to coat ingredients evenly.
