Description
Soft, golden-brown breadsticks shaped like spooky bones, stuffed with gooey mozzarella and brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as festive Halloween pizza accompaniments or standalone spooky appetizers.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
3. Cut dough into 1-inch-wide strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
4. Place one cheese stick half in the center of each strip and fold dough over, pinching edges to seal.
5. Tie a small knot at each end of the sealed strip to form a bone shape.
6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each breadstick.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and a pinch of coarse salt on top.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crisp at the edges.
9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
