2. in a large bowl whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

4. fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese
5. transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top
6. bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly
7. let rest 5 minutes before serving
