5. Lay tortillas flat and spread each with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
6. Top each tortilla with spinach, chicken, and shredded cheese.
7. Fold tortillas into wraps.
8. Return wraps to skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
9. Slice wraps in half and serve with optional sides or dips.
