Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wrap

Description

A quick and flavorful wrap filled with sautéed garlic chicken, melted cheese, and fresh greens, perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
  • Optional: sliced tomatoes, avocado, or roasted peppers

  • Instructions

    1. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.

    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    3. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

    4. Add chicken strips and cook 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

    5. Lay tortillas flat and spread each with sour cream or Greek yogurt.

    6. Top each tortilla with spinach, chicken, and shredded cheese.

    7. Fold tortillas into wraps.

    8. Return wraps to skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

    9. Slice wraps in half and serve with optional sides or dips.
