1. Slice chicken into thin strips and trim asparagus ends before cutting into pieces
2. Whisk soy sauce oyster sauce rice vinegar honey cornstarch and water in a bowl and set aside
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over medium-high heat then stir-fry chicken until opaque and lightly browned then remove
4. Add remaining oil and stir-fry asparagus for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender
5. Add garlic and ginger and stir briefly until fragrant
6. Return chicken to the wok and pour in the sauce stirring constantly until it thickens and coats ingredients
7. Serve over rice quinoa or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
