1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Add black beans, corn, and salsa on top of the chicken.
4. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
6. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
7. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
8. Portion rice into meal prep containers and top with the shredded chicken mixture.
9. Drizzle fresh lime juice over each bowl and garnish with cilantro.
10. Pack optional toppings separately and add after reheating.
