  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • Instructions

    1. Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm

    2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

    3. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through

    4. Remove chicken and set aside

    5. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant
