1. Rinse strawberries and pat dry, leaving the green tops intact.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
3. Dip each strawberry in yogurt, coating about three quarters of the berry, and place on the prepared tray.
4. Freeze the yogurt-coated strawberries for 30–40 minutes until firm.
5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in short bursts in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
6. Dip each frozen yogurt-coated strawberry into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
7. Immediately sprinkle on any optional toppings before the chocolate sets.
8. Chill the dipped strawberries in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes or freeze for 30–40 minutes, then serve or store in an airtight container.
