1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth, then set aside to cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until creamy.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly to about a 1/4-inch thickness.
4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer and use a spatula to swirl it into marble-like patterns.
5. Sprinkle mixed berries and chopped nuts evenly over the yogurt and press lightly to adhere.
6. Place the baking sheet flat in the freezer and freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until completely firm.
7. Remove the frozen bark from the parchment paper and break or cut into pieces.
