Description
This light and healthy Valentine dessert combines creamy Greek yogurt, rich dark chocolate, and nutty peanut butter for an easy, high-protein treat. It’s perfect for gifting or sharing and requires no baking.

1. Line a 9×13 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl using 20–30 second microwave intervals or a double boiler until smooth.
3. In a bowl stir Greek yogurt honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until creamy.
4. Warm peanut butter for 10 seconds in the microwave and swirl two tablespoons into the yogurt mixture.
5. Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the lined tray about 1/2 inch thick.
6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt layer and use a skewer to create a marbled pattern.
7. Scatter strawberries chopped nuts and a pinch of salt over the top.
8. Freeze the tray flat for 2–3 hours until fully firm then break into pieces and serve or store frozen.
