Description

A quick and easy single-serving dessert that delivers rich chocolate flavor, high protein and low calories in just two minutes. Perfect for satisfying late-night cravings or a post-workout treat without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (25–30g)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour or almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened milk (almond, oat or dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (stevia, erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or unsweetened applesauce
  • a few drops vanilla extract (optional)
  • pinch of salt

  • Instructions

    1. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, oat or almond flour, baking powder and salt to a microwave-safe mug and stir to combine.

    2. Pour in milk, yogurt or applesauce, sweetener and vanilla extract then mix until a smooth batter forms.

    3. If batter is too thick, add an extra teaspoon of milk; if too thin, sprinkle in a bit more flour.

    4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds and check the center; if still wet, heat in 10-second intervals until set but springy.

    5. Let the mug cake rest for 30–60 seconds to finish cooking and cool slightly.

    6. Top with yogurt, nut butter or sugar-free chocolate chips and enjoy warm.
