  • 1/2 cup natural nut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 24 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

  • Instructions

    1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper hanging over the sides.

    2. Combine rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, sea salt, and flaxseed in a large mixing bowl.

    3. Warm nut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil together until smooth, then whisk in vanilla extract.

    4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir, adding non-dairy milk until a thick, sticky dough forms.

    5. Fold in vegan chocolate chips evenly.

    6. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula or parchment-lined hands.

    7. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the bars to set and firm up.
