1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
3. Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, then beat in eggs one at a time.
4. Stir in orange zest, vanilla, and half of the orange juice.
5. Alternate adding the flour mixture and remaining orange juice and milk, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in cranberries coated lightly with flour.
7. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
9. Whisk powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
10. When the loaf is slightly warm, drizzle the glaze over the top and let it set before slicing.
