2. Melt white chocolate in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Spread melted white chocolate into a ¼ inch thick rectangle on the prepared sheet.
4. Sprinkle crushed Oreos evenly over the chocolate and press gently.
5. Melt each color of candy melts until smooth.
6. Drizzle orange, green, and purple candy melts over the bark in random patterns.
7. Scatter Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and mini candies over the top.
8. Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until fully set.
9. Break the bark into pieces and serve.
