1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
2. In a mixing bowl combine turkey mixed vegetables gravy and half of the cheese add garlic powder thyme parsley salt and pepper and stir to combine.
3. Warm mashed potatoes if needed then mix in melted butter and milk until creamy and season to taste.
4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly in the dish then top with mashed potatoes smoothing the surface.
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the potatoes.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes then remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
