2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Pour in balsamic vinegar and deglaze the pan, scraping up browned bits.
5. Add cranberries and honey, then pour in chicken broth or water and simmer for 6–8 minutes until sauce thickens and berries start to pop.
