2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden, then set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Stir in orange juice, honey, soy sauce or tamari, orange zest and fresh rosemary, scraping up browned bits.
5. Add cranberries and simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens, then return chicken to skillet, coat with glaze, cover and cook 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
