4. Add melted butter, orange juice, and zest, then mix until combined.
5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just moistened.
6. Toss cranberries with a bit of flour, then fold them into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
9. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Slice and serve with butter or an optional orange glaze.
