    2. Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until fragrant, then let cool

    3. In a bowl whisk Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing

    4. Combine chicken, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, celery, and green onions in a large bowl, then pour dressing and fold gently to coat

    5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld before serving
