1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, leaving fat in the skillet.
3. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
4. Add olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning; whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
6. Add cooked chicken, bacon, and drained pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
7. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and the sauce is creamy.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
