1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill for 5–6 minutes per side or bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes. Let rest, then dice.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped romaine, and diced chicken.
4. Pour half of the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently. Add more dressing to taste.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Fold in cherry tomatoes.
6. Just before serving, sprinkle croutons on top and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
