2. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside
3. Reduce heat to medium, add onion and garlic to the same pan and sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant
4. Stir in orzo and toast for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden
5. Pour in chicken broth and return chicken to the pot, bring to a gentle simmer
6. Cook uncovered 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed
7. Add spinach and stir until wilted, then break Boursin into chunks and fold in until melted
8. If needed, add milk or extra broth to adjust consistency
9. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
10. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired
