2. Measure and prepare all ingredients before blending.
3. Add avocado flesh, cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt to a high-speed blender.
4. Blend for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy, scraping down the sides as needed.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or adjust texture with extra plant-based milk.
6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
