Instructions
1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden, about 5–6 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
4. Reduce heat to medium and melt remaining butter in the skillet, scraping up browned bits.
5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
6. Pour in chicken broth and whisk to deglaze the pan.
7. Stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan until the sauce thickens.
8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through and sauce clings, about 5–6 minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and adjust seasoning before serving.
