  • Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

This no-cook strawberry chia seed pudding combines fresh berries, chia seeds, and milk into a creamy make-ahead breakfast. It sets overnight for a nutritious, grab-and-go morning treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Greek or plant-based yogurt (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt; blend until smooth.

    2. Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and whisk in chia seeds until evenly distributed.

    3. Let stand at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.

    4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.

    5. Before serving, stir the pudding and adjust consistency with extra milk if needed.

    6. Divide into jars or bowls and top with fresh strawberries, granola, yogurt, or other toppings as desired.
