1. Turn Instant Pot to Sauté mode and heat olive oil
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant
3. Add cubed chicken, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper and sear for 2–3 minutes
4. Pour in chicken broth, then stir in green chiles, corn, and white beans
5. Scrape any browned bits from the pot bottom to prevent burning
6. Secure lid, set valve to Sealing, and Pressure Cook on High for 12 minutes
7. Allow a 10-minute natural pressure release, then carefully vent remaining steam
8. Open lid and stir in softened cream cheese
9. Switch to Sauté mode and stir until cream cheese fully melts and chili is smooth
10. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot with desired toppings
