Description

These homemade Air-Fryer Apple Chips are a crunchy, guilt-free snack coated in warm cinnamon sugar. Naturally gluten free and easy to make, they offer a healthy alternative to store-bought chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

    2. If using, toss apple slices in lemon juice and pat dry.

    3. In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle evenly over apple slices.

    4. Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper and arrange slices in a single layer without overlapping.

    5. Air fry for 15 minutes, flip slices, then cook for an additional 5 minutes until edges curl and turn golden.
