2. If using, toss apple slices in lemon juice and pat dry.

4. Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper and arrange slices in a single layer without overlapping.
5. Air fry for 15 minutes, flip slices, then cook for an additional 5 minutes until edges curl and turn golden.
6. Remove chips and let cool completely on a wire rack to achieve maximum crispness.
