2. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shake off excess, then coat in panko breadcrumbs and place on a tray.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil and arrange florets in a single layer without overcrowding.
