  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil spray
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour or finely grated parmesan (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Trim ends and slice zucchinis into 3–4 inch sticks about ½ inch thick, then pat dry with paper towels.
