Description

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Wash and dry zucchini, then cut into 1/2-inch thick sticks.

    2. Pat zucchini sticks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    3. Whisk egg in one bowl and combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.

    4. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then coat evenly with the almond flour mixture.

    5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

    6. Arrange coated zucchini sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

    7. Lightly mist fries with cooking spray and cook at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    8. Remove fries when golden brown and crispy, then serve immediately.
