2. Slice zucchinis into 1/8-inch rounds and blot excess moisture with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs or almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss zucchini slices in olive oil, then coat each slice in the cheese mixture.
5. Arrange slices in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Let chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to crisp before serving.
