Description

  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

  • Instructions

    1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

    2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.

    3. Stir gently to combine ingredients.

    4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
