Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla frosting, tinted red/green/yellow
  • Gel food coloring (red, green, yellow)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini candy-coated chocolates or mini chips
  • 24 mini pretzel sticks (for stems)
  • 12 green gummy candies or fruit leather leaves
  • 2 tbsp caramel or chocolate drizzle (optional)
  • 1 tsp edible glitter or sanding sugar (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set out the donuts.

2. Tint frosting with gel colors to make red, green, and yellow.

3. Spread or pipe frosting over each donut top, keeping the hole visible as the core.

4. While the frosting is wet, add sprinkles and mini candies.

5. Press a pretzel piece at the top edge of each donut to form a stem.

6. Add a green gummy or fruit leather leaf next to the stem.

7. Drizzle with caramel or chocolate and add glitter if using.

8. Let set for 5 minutes; serve at once or cover and hold up to 6 hours.
