  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 15 ounces alfredo sauce (jarred)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

    2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the refrigerated cheese tortellini and cook according to package directions, usually 2-3 minutes, until al dente. Drain the tortellini thoroughly.

    3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the jarred alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
