This easy chicken and broccoli stir-fry combines lean protein and crisp vegetables in a light savory sauce, ready in under 25 minutes. It’s a healthy, flavorful weeknight dinner that pairs perfectly with rice or noodles.

Instructions
1. Slice the chicken breast and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
2. Whisk soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, cornstarch and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through, then remove from pan.
4. Add remaining oil, garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
5. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, adding a splash of water and covering briefly to steam if needed.
6. Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce and toss until sauce thickens and coats ingredients, about 2 minutes.
7. Turn off heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
8. Serve immediately with cooked rice if desired.
