  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 package (6 oz) boxed stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • Instructions

    1. preheat oven to 375°F

    2. in a bowl combine cream of chicken soup sour cream and mixed vegetables

    3. fold shredded chicken into creamy mixture

    4. spread mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish

    5. prepare stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth according to package directions

    6. spoon stuffing evenly over chicken layer

    7. bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling

    8. let rest for 5 minutes before serving
