3. Melt white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Stir red velvet cake mix into the melted white chocolate until evenly combined.
5. Drizzle the red velvet mixture over the popcorn in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat.
6. Spread coated popcorn in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and let set for 5–10 minutes.
7. Melt black candy melts or dark chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
8. Drizzle dark chocolate over the set red velvet popcorn for a spooky effect.
9. While the drizzle is still wet, sprinkle on Halloween sprinkles or candy eyes.
10. Allow all coatings to set completely before serving.
