  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.

    2. Heat olive oil or butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
