  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped

  • 2 cups assorted vegetables cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil for veggies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
