  • Eggs, oil, and water (as package directs)
  • 1 cup white frosting (buttercream or store-bought)
  • 2024 candy eyeballs
  • Red or black decorating gel
  • Nonstick spray or parchment paper

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to the temperature on the brownie mix; line or grease a 9×13-inch pan.

    2. Prepare brownie batter per package directions; pour into pan and level.

    3. Bake until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, about 22–28 minutes.

    4. Cool completely in the pan, 20–30 minutes, then remove and cut into 16 squares.

    5. Spread or pipe a round of white frosting onto each brownie as the eye white.

    6. Press a candy eyeball in the center of each frosted brownie.
